Referral Program & Professional Partner Terms.

Royal Recovery Solutions LLC provides recovery assistance involving potential excess proceeds or surplus funds associated with foreclosure sales, tax sales and other qualifying property-sale matters.

The Referral Program allows eligible individuals and approved Professional Partners to introduce potential clients to Royal Recovery Solutions LLC.

Referral compensation is available only when all applicable eligibility, legal and payment requirements have been satisfied.

Participation does not create an employment relationship, agency, joint venture or authority to act on Royal Recovery Solutions LLC's behalf.

Individuals may submit referrals without becoming Professional Partners.

Professionals and businesses that regularly encounter potential recovery cases may apply to the Professional Partner Program.

Professional Partner applications are subject to review and approval. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Participants must be legally eligible to receive referral compensation in the applicable jurisdiction. Royal Recovery Solutions LLC may restrict or decline participation where compensation would violate applicable laws, licensing requirements, professional obligations or ethical rules.

A referral must involve a genuine potential client or qualifying heir connected to a property-sale matter that Royal Recovery Solutions LLC may be able to assist with.

The referrer must provide accurate information sufficient to identify the potential client and the property.

The potential client must have agreed to have their information shared with Royal Recovery Solutions LLC and to be contacted by Royal Recovery Solutions LLC regarding potential recovery services.

A referral must be new to Royal Recovery Solutions LLC for the same matter and must satisfy all applicable program requirements.

Royal Recovery Solutions LLC reserves the right to review, verify, accept or decline any referral.

To qualify for compensation, all applicable requirements must be met:

• The referral must be valid, new and properly attributed to the referrer.
• The potential client must be eligible for services offered by Royal Recovery Solutions LLC.
• The potential client must voluntarily enter into a service agreement with Royal Recovery Solutions LLC.
• The client must not already be represented by, working with or under contract with another recovery company or representative for the same claim.
• The client must not cancel or terminate the agreement before the applicable referral payment requirements are satisfied.
• The qualifying case must be successfully completed, and Royal Recovery Solutions LLC must actually receive its payment.
• Royal Recovery Solutions LLC must review and approve the referral reward.
• The referral and compensation must comply with all applicable laws and professional requirements.

Submitting a referral, obtaining a signed client agreement or having a claim filed does not independently establish entitlement to compensation.

Qualifying referrals may earn rewards ranging from $100 to $1,000 or more, depending on the case and applicable compensation arrangements.

The advertised range is not a guaranteed minimum, maximum or promise of payment.

Royal Recovery Solutions LLC determines the applicable reward based on its established compensation arrangements, the qualifying case and applicable legal requirements.

Professional Partners may qualify for customized compensation under a separate written agreement.

No reward is owed unless all applicable requirements have been satisfied and the reward has been approved.

A referral reward becomes payable only after Royal Recovery Solutions LLC has received its payment from the successfully completed, qualifying referred case and has approved the reward.

Approved referral rewards will be issued within 5–10 business days after Royal Recovery Solutions LLC receives its payment and approves the reward, provided that all required payment information and documentation have been received.

Royal Recovery Solutions LLC will contact the referrer to confirm the available payment method and obtain any necessary payment or tax information.

Recovery timelines vary by case. Royal Recovery Solutions LLC does not guarantee when a client's case will be completed or when its payment will be received.

Only the first valid, qualifying referral received by Royal Recovery Solutions LLC is eligible for attribution and potential compensation for the same case.

Duplicate submissions do not qualify for additional payments.

If the potential client or case was already an active Royal Recovery Solutions LLC lead or client for the same matter before the referral was submitted, the new referral is not eligible for compensation.

Royal Recovery Solutions LLC will determine referral attribution using its submission records, timestamps and other relevant documentation.

Referrers must obtain the potential client's permission before submitting their personal information.

The person being referred must understand that Royal Recovery Solutions LLC may contact them about potential recovery services.

Referrers must not:

• Submit fabricated, misleading or unauthorized referrals.
• Misrepresent Royal Recovery Solutions LLC's services or compensation arrangements.
• Guarantee that funds exist or that a recovery will be successful.
• Impersonate Royal Recovery Solutions LLC or claim to be its employee or authorized agent.
• Use unlawful, deceptive or unauthorized solicitation methods.
• Submit information obtained through unlawful or improper means.

Referrers may not provide legal advice or perform regulated services on Royal Recovery Solutions LLC's behalf unless independently authorized to do so.

Royal Recovery Solutions LLC may reject referrals or suspend participation for violations of these requirements.

Referrers may use their assigned referral reference number and registered email address to check the general status of a submission.

Professional Partners may have access to additional referral-management features through their approved accounts.

Referral status information is limited to general progress and reward-related updates.

Royal Recovery Solutions LLC does not disclose confidential client records, legal documents, financial information, internal notes or privileged communications to referrers solely because they submitted a referral.

The Professional Partner Program is intended for approved individuals and businesses that encounter potential recovery opportunities through their professional activities.

Approved partners may receive access to referral-management tools, attribution features and applicable compensation arrangements.

Professional Partner status does not guarantee compensation, exclusive territory, a minimum number of cases or any particular volume of business.

Any customized compensation or additional obligations must be documented in a separate written agreement.

Where a separate signed Professional Partner agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement will control to the extent of the conflict, subject to applicable law.

Referral compensation is subject to applicable federal and state laws, licensing requirements and professional conduct rules.

Certain professionals, including attorneys and other licensed individuals, may be prohibited or restricted from accepting particular referral payments.

Royal Recovery Solutions LLC may decline, modify or withhold a proposed payment where necessary to comply with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms authorizes an unlawful referral-fee arrangement, improper fee sharing or the unauthorized practice of a regulated profession.

Referrers are responsible for their own applicable tax obligations arising from referral compensation.

Royal Recovery Solutions LLC may request tax identification information, payment details or other documentation when required by law or reasonably necessary to process an approved payment.

Required tax reporting will be completed in accordance with applicable law.

Royal Recovery Solutions LLC may reject or disqualify referrals that do not satisfy program requirements, including duplicate referrals, existing leads, unauthorized submissions, inaccurate information, client cancellations and unsuccessful cases.

Royal Recovery Solutions LLC may suspend or terminate a participant's access for misconduct, fraud or violations of these Terms.

A participant's removal from the program does not automatically eliminate a previously earned and legally payable reward.

Royal Recovery Solutions LLC may modify, suspend or discontinue the Referral Program or Professional Partner Program, subject to applicable law and any existing written agreements.

Material changes will be reflected in updated Terms with a revised effective date.

Changes will not retroactively eliminate referral rewards that have already been earned and become payable under the applicable Terms.

Royal Recovery Solutions LLC does not guarantee that a referred person has recoverable funds, that a claim will be approved or that a recovery will be completed.

Referral compensation depends on the applicable eligibility requirements, successful completion of the qualifying case, Royal Recovery Solutions LLC's receipt of payment and reward approval.

Personal information submitted through the Referral Program will be handled in accordance with Royal Recovery Solutions LLC's Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Referrers must provide only information they are authorized to share.
