From introduction to recovery.
Why could money be left behind?
When certain properties are sold through foreclosure or tax sale for more than the amounts that must be paid from the sale, excess funds may remain.
Those funds may belong to the former property owner or, in some situations, qualifying heirs.
Royal Recovery Solutions helps determine whether funds may be available and assists eligible clients through the recovery process.
Not every foreclosure or tax sale produces excess funds.
