Google provides optional Google sign-in and the externally hosted fonts used on this website. If you choose Google sign-in, Google processes information needed to authenticate your account and shares account information with our authentication service. Loading Google-hosted fonts sends technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, to Google even if you do not use Google sign-in.
We do not disclose a referred client's confidential case information to a referrer merely because that person submitted the referral.
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Any use of advertising or analytics technologies that constitutes a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws will be addressed through the disclosures and choices required by those laws.
6. Website Hosting and Data Storage
Our referral website uses Lovable Cloud and its supporting database and storage infrastructure to process and store referral information, account records, consent records and uploaded documents.
Information may also be processed by other authorized service providers when needed to operate the website or administer the Referral Program.
We use administrative access controls and other reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information being processed.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Referral Status and Partner Accounts
Individual referrers may be able to check the general progress of a referral using their assigned reference number and registered email address.
Approved Professional Partners may have access to an account that displays referrals attributed to them and other information made available through the partner portal.
We limit the information displayed through these features to what is appropriate for administering the Referral Program.
Client documents, confidential financial details, internal notes and privileged communications are not made available solely on the basis of referral attribution.
8. Email, Telephone and Program Communications
We may use the contact information provided to communicate about referral submissions, Professional Partner applications, status updates, approved rewards and related program matters.
We may contact referred individuals regarding potential recovery services when the required permission and other applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.
Where required by law, we will obtain any additional consent necessary for particular types of communications.
You may contact us to update your communication preferences or request that we stop nonessential communications.
Requests to stop communications will be honored as required by applicable law, although we may still send communications necessary to administer an existing relationship or comply with legal obligations.
9. Cookies and Website Analytics

We use browser local storage to store authentication session information and maintain signed-in account access. Local storage is a browser storage technology distinct from cookies. Clearing this stored session information may sign you out or require you to sign in again.
If we introduce optional analytics, advertising or tracking technologies, we will update our disclosures and provide any choices or consent mechanisms required by applicable law.

Different categories of information may be retained for different periods depending on their purpose and applicable requirements.
Records are not automatically deleted or de-identified. Retention and deletion currently require manual review and action. Royal Recovery Solutions LLC must establish a documented retention and disposal process that addresses the purposes for keeping information and applicable legal, tax, recordkeeping and operational requirements, including when information may be deleted, de-identified or securely disposed of.
